No psychic or tarot reading given by Anna Ashworth and/or via this website is intended to, nor should it ever take the place of professional services, including but not limited to: medical, legal, financial, business and/or psychological.
Anna Ashworth and Ask Anna Psychic Tarot Readings accepts no liability and/or responsibility for any actions and/or decisions any client chooses to take or make, based on his/her consultation with Anna Ashworth and/or Ask Anna Psychic Tarot Readings.
You agree to absolutely indemnify and hold harmless Anna Ashworth and Ask Anna Psychic Tarot Readings, her heirs, relatives, agents or assignees in perpetuity and throughout all known and unknown universes.
Readings are scheduled and paid for in advance.
Sessions may be cancelled with a 100% refund if the cancellation is in writing and with a 48 hour notice.
Any session cancelled due to a non-emergency and with less than a 48 hour notice given, is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
In accordance with UK Law Anna must state that all readings are for educational, spiritual and entertainment purposes only.
Whilst Anna endeavors to provide a discreet, professional service to the best of her ability, she cannot accept responsibility as to accuracy of content, given, expressed or implied, or as to the suitability of the content, for any purpose.
Anna will not be liable, or accept liability, for any loss or damage of whatever nature, which may result from content given in any reading or from any information supplied in any of Anna's services, or from this website.
